Is there a free trial?
Yes. All plans include a 30-day trial with a real pilot voyage. No credit card required to start.
How does billing work?
We bill annually per ship. If your fleet grows mid-contract, we'll prorate any additional ships. Contact us for monthly billing options.
Does the pricing include the GDPR DPA?
Yes. A signed Data Processing Agreement is included in every plan at no extra cost.
What does "white label" mean?
Enterprise customers can deploy TAGTRAZE under their own brand — custom domain, logo, and email communications — so passengers and crew see only the cruise line's identity.
How many devices does each plan support?
All plans include unlimited device licences. We charge per ship, not per device. You can deploy on as many Android handhelds as your crew needs.
Can we start with one ship?
Absolutely. The Starter plan is designed for single-ship pilots. Most customers start with one ship and expand once they've seen the results.
